"We have not yet received an official letter from the BCCI regarding the IPL, but we are ready for planning," said Mubashir Usmani, general secretary of the Emirates Cricket Board. The 13th season of the IPL was scheduled to take place from March 29 to May 24, but was later postponed indefinitely.
